Returns or Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Suryansh Fab. If, for any reasons as mentioned under acceptable return cases, you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Here’s how to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@suryanshfab.online. Once we receive your return and inspect the fabric, we will process your return within 1-2 business days.
- Information Required: In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear pictures highlighting any fabric issues
- A brief description of why you’re returning the fabric
Once we receive your email and review the details, we’ll provide you with further instructions on completing your return.
Refund Policy
- We offer a full refund for eligible returned products.
- Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment source or bank account provided.
- Refunds for cancellations within 12 hours of the order are processed same-day; otherwise, processing takes 1-2 business days. Refunds are typically reflected in your account within 7 days.
- For discounted products, the refund amount will be based on the actual discounted price paid, not the original price.
Acceptable Return Cases
- Substantial inconsistencies in appearance (print, texture, colors) noticed immediately upon unpacking.
- Torn or damaged fabric
- Loosely woven, torn, or damaged areas on the fabric.
Not Covered under Return
- Colour variations due to digital screen differences.
- Fabrics known to have inherent colour bleeding.
- Fabrics ordered below 3 mts.
Conditions of Returned Products
- The fabric is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- You return the fabric in its original packaging.
